Shipping policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping
All U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.

     Free Standard U.S. Ground Shipping via USPS on all orders.
         Standard ground shipping may take 3-7 business days for deliveries. 

     Expedited U.S. Shipping via UPS is available at checkout.
         Shipping fee is calculated based on weight and destination.
         Orders received by 11 AM Pacific Time will be shipped on the same business day.
         Others will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping
We're pleased to offer international shipping via UPS or BorderGuru. International shipping and import fees including customs duties, taxes and fees are calculated at check-out. Depending on destination, transit time can take from 4 to 12 business days. Please note we do not accept returns on international orders.

Orders placed past 11 AM Pacific Time, on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. While most packages are delivered within the stated timeframes, it is not guaranteed. Certain events, holidays, etc. may cause delaying in fulfillment and delivery. All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in California. Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information will be sent when your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service. Undeliverable packages will not be re-shipped. A refund less shipping cost incurred will be processed within 7 days of receipt of such returned package.
