Due to the delicate nature of our products and formulas, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or products that are returned with a broken seal.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from purchase date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with seal sticker intact, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please go through our customer portal. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you opted-in to Checkout+ with Protected Shipping, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal.
If you opted out of Checkout+ with Protected Shipping, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you will be charged a flat rate fee return shipping fee of $8.95.
Original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Refused shipments or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses will not be refunded. You can always contact us for any question regarding return and refund at hello@wylys.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@wylys.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In the case of items damaged during shipping, please save the box, packing materials and the merchandise and email us immediately at hello@wylys.com. We will provide you with a label for a return. Upon receipt, we will inspect the damaged box and the item(s) and process a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift Cards, all Sale Items, purchases made with Special Discount Offers and during Special Sales Events (including Gift with Purchase, Pop-up, Markets, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Please request a return of the items you no longer want and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return and the refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your refund was not approved, we will contact you via email. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wylys.com. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances. Wylys Rewards points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed.
